Went to pick up washer 22.09 micheal served me and didn't catch name of the other gent but customer service was excellent 10 out of 10 for both credit to your company, would like to say bolts taken out all plumbed in and working beautifully
There is absolutely no point in this Argos being here, when you go in store to order something it is highly unlikely it will be in stock, they will tell you other stores it is in stock that are a drive away. I usually pre-order, but there has been several occasions where it hasn't even arrived to Rugeley store in time. Today I was particularly annoyed because I had pre-order a birthday gift, I went to collect when I was told to collect, it had not arrived, I go on holiday today so had to have a refund. What a let down.
Tried to return faulty Xbox one. No luck. They kept pushing me to send back to Microsoft. Took it to orbital Cannock and they exchanged it straight away. Manager was blunt and rude,as we're staff.
Staff are not helpful if you want to return faulty stuff within your legal time frame for returns, will try an send your everywhere that ain't them and even lie they said stuff when you end up getting sent back.Hence why I now never go to this store anymore as had to many faulty products from them and products that are not up to standard, its not to bad when it's a few pound but when it's over 100 it ain't funny, specially as other stores except the return without any hassle or complaint.
