This dentist do not deserve even a one star!!!!!! I experienced the worst customer service With the male dentist today, not the reception but the dentist himself!!! I made an appointment a week ago to be checked and replace my broken white filling I had. During the call with reception I insisted that I will not just have 10min appt and sent away as filling had to be done ASAP and I have business trips coming up so wanted to get over with. Receptionist promised I will have 10min appt but will wait for 20mins and get seen by the dentist to have the full job done on that day. I agreed and afters well arrived for my appt and dentist had a I dont have time for you attitude, so rude telling me who promised you that?! We have a protocol where we say to book only for 10 mins!!! With zero customer service plus treating a woman like rubbish I hope you wont last long!! The service is disgraceful including the dentist himself! Taking all my family members out of there and moving to Lichfield!
Awful service and staff. Didnt do filling correctly and had to wait for another dentist to do filling which even then wasnt correct. Waiting there for 3 hours! Said they would waive fee due to their incompetence and now are chasing payment. Do not use
Friendly receptionist and new Manager is lovely and smiley!! Dentist was thorough with xrays and clean and polish. Very happy!!
Absolute rubbish. Booked in to get a filling. They were busy and rushed. Drilled my tooth with no injection, then hit a nerve. Told me I shouldn't move my head when the drill was in my mouth- well I'm not going to lie there whilst you're drilling into a tooth where I can feel everything! Then decided to give me a numbing injection, why not do that anyway ? To top it all off, the filling felt rough and not aligned with my teeth, felt the edges etc. Fell out a few weeks later. Never coming back here.
I went to this dentist on two occasions with toothache and was kept waiting over an hour on both occasions. When I finally got to see the dentist paid 20 I was told on the first appointment that they couldnt tell which tooth was causing the problem and Id have to come back. When booking the second appointment I asked the receptionist to ensure that my appointment was long enough to have the tooth removed which i was told would be no problem.I got there paid another 20 waited for an hour and 15 minutes to be told they dont have time to do anything now and Id have to re book another appointment for 20 Wont be returning ever again
