We had a tracking reference to say we had been delivered a parcel. We had never received it. I telephoned Rugeley P.O. and spoke to a lady who said it would be investigated by her manager. In the meantime we checked our cctv to confirm it had never been delivered. I tried to ring Rugeley Post Office to inform them of this but the line was in engaged mode. There was a knock on the door and astonishingly the Postman was there with our package. It is easy to criticise organisations for mislaying items but the reaction by Rugeley Post Office was impressive in the extreme. Human error does occur but the manner to which Rugeley and our postman reacted was first class. Well done Rugeley and thank you to all your staff.
