Doctors and staff are great... The one thing meeting down the surgery is booking.You need to call on the day at 8am... And then just hope you can get an appointment.No voicemail service, just an endless wait time with a repeating song, then someone repeating a message.
Totally frustrating booking system. Tried for over 30 minutes to book appointment. All i got was "This phone is temporarily unavailable"! Terrible
Having to ring up on the day for an appointment at 8am with the whole of Rugeley ringing at the same time , is there one receptionist with one phone its 2018 not call the midwife. Tried calling for over half hour and nothing, you cant get through or leave a message. Terrible!!
Absolutely awful when it comes to booking an appointment, they never get back to you and there's no way to leave a message so you never get to book an appointment.Their opening times are wrong as well. Says they are open until half 6, just tried calling at 12:45 on a Wednesday and they are closed.Absolute joke they are!
