Really nice hotel with a resturant/bar next door. Clean room with a big bath. Bed and breakfast is great but you have to go next door for the breakfast.
Typical Premier hotel. Cosy warm and friendly. Staff are always pleasant and cheerful just out of the way
Stayed again over Christmas and was great as always. Kind and friendly staff, clean, comfortable and quiet place for a sleep.
Still one of the best Premier Inn,s to stay at for very efficient and friendly staff, very good base for walking in Staffordshire and Cheshire.
I regularly go in here with my partner when visiting customers. He took a customer in there for a meeting and when they were ignored by staff they proceeded to sit down as they normally do. They were approached by a member of staff and basically asked why they had sat down without waiting. He said that there were staff at the bar who took no notice of them do they sat down. The member of staff said next time can you wait he then said I know what I want to eat staff member said look at the menu because it has changed. He then said do you still serve pate she said I dont know look at the menu. The attitude of this member of staff was not good. At that both he and his customer left the restaurant. What has happened to this restaurant it use to be pleasant and the staff were great. Not anymore. We will not be giving them our custom again !!!
